We’ve got 10.5 months to go until the wedding, and things are falling into place nicely (knock on wood). Yesterday, Andy and I met our photographer at the University of Minnesota for our engagement session. We met in college, so incorporating that story into our pictures was very exciting.

Side note: big thanks to the folks at Jimmy John’s for letting me get dressed in the bathroom. Both Andy and I were running a tad bit late on Sunday…

Our photographer, Erik Hendrickson, did a great job of making us feel comfortable and not horribly awkward.

Of all the photos we took, I am most excited to see the set when we were in our rival football jerseys. Andy is a Minnesota Vikings fan and I am a Green Bay Packers fan, which makes football season a tense time in our house However, since we both love sports, throwing on our jerseys was a necessity – and I’m sure made for some great photos.

We should hopefully have them in a few weeks, so I’ll be anxiously waiting to share them with everyone.

Next on our to do list: GO TO CHURCH ON SUNDAY. We need to find a ceremony site, ASAP.
