My name is Kristin and I’m engaged.

As I enter this new chapter in my life, I want to document the successes, challenges and struggles, while connecting with many of the other brides who exist online.

This blog is meant to serve as a real-time documentation of what a modern bride experiences in planning her wedding.

Some quick facts about me:

• I live in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
• My fiance and I met in college at the University of Minnesota.
• He is a fraternity boy, and I’m a sorority girl – typical.
• I love sports, photography, traveling and shoes.

I hope that my website helps at least one bride in her wedding planning process – whether it’s an inspiration, recommendation on vendors or simply a place to share her stories, frustrations and discoveries.

What originally began as a column on Just Judy Judy Judy, is now my full-fledged wedding blog.
